Universal server settings
Your email runs on the Axigen platform at ax.email. Use these settings in any mail client:
Incoming mail (pick one, IMAP recommended)
- IMAP (keeps mail synced across all devices, this is what most people want)
- Server:
ax.email - Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS

- POP3 (downloads mail to one device, removes from server, only use if you specifically want this)

Outgoing mail (SMTP)
- Server:
ax.email - Port: 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS), either works, 465 is the modern preference
- Authentication: Required, use your full email address and password
Username and password
- Username: your full email address (e.g.
jane@yourbusiness.com.au) - Password: the password we provided, or one you've since changed it to
IMAP or POP3? Use IMAP if you check email on more than one device (phone + laptop + webmail). Use POP3 only if you really want every message downloaded and deleted from the server, most people don't.
