Outlook for Microsoft 365 (Windows or Mac)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File → Add Account (Windows) or Outlook → Add Account (Mac).
  3. Enter your email address, then click Connect or Advanced options.
  4. If prompted, choose IMAP.
  5. Fill in:
    • Incoming server: ax.email, port 993, SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing server: ax.email, port 465, SSL/TLS
    • Username: your full email address
    • Password: your mailbox password
  6. Click Connect. Outlook will test the settings and add the account.

Outlook on the web (outlook.com / outlook.office.com)

The web version of Outlook is part of Microsoft 365, it can only show mailboxes that are hosted by Microsoft. To read your Jezweb email in a browser, use ax.email instead, that's the equivalent webmail for the Axigen platform.

Outlook on iPhone / Android

Open the Outlook mobile app, tap Add Account, choose Add Email Account, enter your email address, and when asked for account type pick IMAP. Use the server settings above.

Older Outlook versions: Outlook 2010 and 2013 can struggle with modern SSL/TLS. If you have one of those, the fix is usually to upgrade Outlook. Microsoft has retired security support for those versions, so it's worth doing regardless.
