The four common places contact info lives
On most Jezweb-built sites, your contact details appear in:
- The header (top of every page, sometimes in a small bar above the navigation)
- The footer (bottom of every page)
- The contact page (your dedicated
/contactpage) - Sometimes the homepage too, in a contact strip or CTA
Each one is edited separately. Updating only the contact page misses the other three.
Header and footer (Theme Customizer / Theme Options)
Header and footer are usually set in one place that applies sitewide. Common locations:
- Appearance → Customize, look for a "Header" or "Footer" panel
- Theme Options in the left menu (if your theme uses one), usually a "Contact Info" section
- Elementor → Theme Builder (if Elementor Pro is in use), edit the header / footer template directly
Change the phone, email, or hours, click Publish, and they update across every page.
Contact page
- WordPress dashboard → Pages → find Contact.
- Click Edit with Elementor (or just Edit).
- Click directly on the phone, email, or address to edit.
- Click Update.
Homepage strip
Same process, open the homepage in Elementor, click any contact info to edit it. Don't forget the section just above the footer or in a CTA box.
Google Business Profile
Your website isn't the only place people see your contact details. Update your Google Business Profile too, that's what shows up in Google search and Maps. Sign in at business.google.com, find your business, update the phone / address / hours, save.
