Find your login URL
Your WordPress admin login lives at yourdomain.com.au/wp-admin (replace yourdomain.com.au with your actual domain). For example, if your website is example.com.au, log in at example.com.au/wp-admin.
You'll see a login screen with the Jezweb-branded JezPress styling. Enter your username (usually your email address) and password.
Sign in with Google (JezPress OAuth)
If we set up your site recently, you can also sign in with Google instead of remembering a separate WordPress password. Click Sign in with Google on the login screen and use the Google account associated with your business.
If Google sign-in isn't showing, your site may be on an older configuration. Ask us and we'll enable it for you.
Lost your password?
- Click Lost your password? beneath the login form.
- Enter your username or email address.
- Check your inbox for a reset email (allow a few minutes, and check spam).
- Click the reset link, choose a new password, log in.
The reset email never arrived
This usually means one of:
- The email address you entered isn't a registered user on the site.
- Your business email is filtering out the reset email as spam.
- An outbound email rule on your hosting is blocking it.
The fastest fix is to call us on 1300 024 766. We can reset your password from the back end in two minutes.
