Almost all Jezweb-built sites use one of two form plugins: Gravity Forms (the more common choice on bespoke WordPress sites) or Elementor Forms (on simpler sites built with the Elementor page builder). The steps are slightly different for each.

Gravity Forms, find your form entries

  1. Log into your WordPress dashboard at yourdomain.com.au/wp-admin.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Forms. You'll see a list of every form on your site (Contact, Quote Request, Booking, etc.).
  3. Click the form name you want to view enquiries for.
  4. Click Entries in the top tab bar (next to Editor and Settings).
  5. You'll see a list of every submission. Click any row to view the full details.

From the Entries screen you can also filter by date range or field value, mark entries as read, and export to CSV for a spreadsheet view.

Elementor Forms, find your form submissions

  1. Log into your WordPress dashboard at yourdomain.com.au/wp-admin.
  2. In the left-hand menu, hover on Elementor, then click Submissions.
  3. You'll see every form submission across the site.
  4. Click View on any row to read the full message.
  5. Use the Export button if you need a CSV.

Why am I not getting email notifications when someone submits?

The form should be configured to email you whenever a new enquiry comes in, separately from saving the entry inside WordPress. If email notifications have stopped, it's almost always because:

None of these are tricky, drop us a line and we'll have it sorted, usually same day.
