The fastest path

  1. Open the email containing your invoice, it has a "Pay now" link.
  2. Click the link. It opens our secure Stripe payment page.
  3. Enter your card details (Visa or MasterCard). The page is HTTPS-secured and PCI-compliant, your card details are handled by Stripe directly, never stored by Jezweb.
  4. Click Pay. You'll get an instant confirmation email.

I don't have the email any more

Email or call us and we'll resend the invoice with the payment link in seconds. We can also process a payment over the phone if that's easier.

I want to set up direct debit / automatic payment

Yes, ask us. Many clients on monthly hosting prefer to auto-pay so they don't have to think about it. We can set this up via Stripe so the same card is charged each cycle automatically.

I want to change which card we charge

Let us know. We'll send you a new card-setup link, it's the same secure Stripe portal, you enter the new card details, we update the file.

EFT also works. If you'd rather pay by bank transfer, our bank details are on every invoice (bottom of the page). Card payment is faster, but EFT is fine too.
