Check your email first
Every Jezweb invoice arrives in your inbox from accounts@jezweb.net. Search your mail for "Jezweb invoice" or "Jezweb Pty Ltd", they should all be there.
I can't find any of them
Likely causes:
- The invoice email address on our file is an old one (a previous staff member's, for example).
- Your business email is filtering invoices to spam.
- The wrong contact was set up at the start.
Call or email us with the contact you want invoices to go to, and we'll update your file and resend any missing ones.
I need a copy for my accountant
Easiest path: ask your accountant to call us directly with your business name and we'll send them the full year's invoices in PDF. Or you can request them yourself and forward.
